MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS.

A meeting- of the shareholders of the Success Goldmitting Company was convened to be held at the office of the company, Bi ownstreet, Grahamstown, yesterday, bub lapsed for want of a quorum. The report of the mining manager showed that the work done may be classed and stated as follows : — 350 feet of a main tunnel, 6 feet by 3 feet 6 inches in the clear, and timbered where required, and a tramway laid to the mill.
