Second meetings of creditors iv the estates of Richard Oliver aud John rummer wore oonvoned for noon to-day, at tho office of Mr. Mowbray, Bupre>ne Court-house. Thehabilitieaofthenrat-named bankrupt ainouuted to £188 19^., and the assets to £106, nominal. In the estate of Johu Tiimmer, liabilities, £229 l®s ; assets, £99 15a. In neither oase did tl.e creditors appear to prove their debti, aud the pro?)sional trustoe accordingly beoame trustee in the estates. Messrs. E. and H. laaaos held a trade Bale of groceries, teas, wines, spirits, &c,, to-d»y, at their m>rr. Bidding, however, was dull and spiritless; and the prices, which we give below, unpatisfaetory to importers. The following are the quotations of the sales effi cted :— Martell's case brandy, duty paid. 50s ; Cential Vineyard, 30s; white orystal augarp, in bond, 4Jd ; crushed loaf sugar, duty paid, 5 l-16il ; Marmora tea, in bond, Is ; Sasa's tea, Is 3d ; Pefell's tea, Is 4^d ; Minnie, Is 2^d ; Johnstone'a pickles, duty pai<t, 9s; Whybrow's pickles, 9a 6d ; jar blacking, 4s 4d ; bleached gingor, la 2id ; Price's Belmonts, lsOJrt; Morton's bottled fruits, ls 6d ;L. and P. sauce, 13s 31; half sardines, 8s 6d; quarter sardines, 5s 6d ; Taylors ooooa, Is s^l; dried apples, 4id; aplit peas, 3d; sago, 2Jd. The total amount of the side is estimated at £800. C. Arthur and Son report that at the sale of boots and shoes hid to-day the following piices weie realised : — Balmoral, 8* 3 1 to 8s Gd; Garibaldi, 9s to 9* 3d ; Balmoral giain, 9s; Brighton C.S., 7s 6d ; Princess of Wales, 8s ; ladies' kid, fancy vamps, 7s 3d ; Meniel, Gs 3 1 ; Leopold, 10s ; ladies' clump, 5s ; gills', 4to G, 2a 9d per pair : 7to 10, 3* 7d per pair ; 4t06,2t SJ per pair ;7 to 10, 3a 9d per pair; 1 L to 1, 5s Id per pair ; sham laced, Gs to 6s 6d; grained clump, 7s 3d ; Balmoral kip, 6s per pair. Good prices were also obtained for the drapery and millinery offered. Mr. George Sibbiu sold to-day :— Maiza, 4? Sd per bushel ; American brooms, 12s per dozen ; angar, s|d per lb. ; butter, Is 2d per lb. ; bacon, 9d perlb.; and hams, lOd ppr lb. Mr. S. Jones held a sale of wines, spirits, &c. , today, when the following piices were realised : — Hum, 4s per gallon ; Martell's brandy, Ss ; United Vineyaid pale brandy, 7s 6d ; B.
