RESID JCNOE, near the City, with Ten Acres of n'oh volc*uic soil, well planted and highly cultivated, about four milea from the city, on the Great South Road, betweon Buckland'o sale yards and the Harp of Jinn Ho<;el, will be sold by auction by the subscribers at their Sale-roomt, Fort-street, on Wednesday, the 7th July uext, at 12 o'clock, if not previously disposed of. This valuable homestead was lately erected by the proprietor, J. Austin, Esq., for his own occupation, and is replete with accommodation and modern conveniences.
