The Lone Star u shaping extremely well, and good specimens ara goo out of the leaders opened. But what is better still, good returns are obtained from the stone wheu crushed. At the twelve-feet level three tons were taken out and cru-hed at the Kuranui Company's batttry, and aomewhifc surpr>ned the shareholders by giving the fine letura of lOoz. to the toD, although (we have bean assured) the stove was not pioked. The last crushing of 25 tons from this leader was t<ken from the sixty-feet Jevel, and gave 2z. to the ton throughout Since opeuing the last leader, ahares in thn claim ha^e adv^med considevablyin price, and the ground ia Worked more o ybtematically. ■ "■»
