A Nfw Zbaland Gazette, published on the S'h instant, contains the official notification of the resignation of the Hon. John Hall of the offices of Post-master-General and Electric Telegraph Commissioner, lhe notification of the summoning of H. Chamberlin, Esq., of Auokland, to the Legislative Council is also published. In reference to the conversion of the old debentures into 5 per cant, consols, under the Loan Aofa of 1867, it is notified that for every 100 6 per cents, of the Provincial Governments of Auckland, Canterbury, and Cit^o, holders may receive 109 new 5 per cents. The Gazette also contain* a notification of an application to register the Epsom Rise Gold Mining Company ; also the balance-sheets of the Thames Crushing, Karaka, and VVaiofcahi Companiss.
