Gold has alio been struck in the adjoining claim, the Lancashire La*i, which claim ii now the subject of dispute in the Warden's Court. A few months ago the T«raru block wm stated by a high geological authority to oontaia non-auriferous quartz, but proof to the contrary has been practically shown by the yield of gold •toady obtained.
