The Customs revenue collected at this port to-day amounced to £297 2s 7d, and comprised the following items :— Duties, £296 19s 7d ; light dues, 2s 9d ; arms fees, Is. "' Mr. G. Stichbury held a sale of provisions at his mart, on Saturday last, when the following prices were realised :— Wellington butter, Is ; soap, 32s ; oatmeal, 3£l ; sardines, 9s j bacon, 10s ; table potatoes, 4a 6d pet cwt. Mr. S. Jones held a sale of provisions, fee, at his mart on Saturday last, at which the following prices were realised ;— Beef, £3 12s 6d ; pork, 3|d to s±d j maize, 3s 9d ; potatoes, 5s ; oats, 3s 3d ; onions, 2\A ; butter, 8d to Is ; Canterbury butter, Is to Is Id ; cheese, 6d to 7d ; tea, 30s ; half-chests tea, 2s 3d ; Company's Ho. 1 Sugar, s£d to s±d ; flour, 23s ; mould candles, s&d ; sperm candles, Is ; bacon and hams, 7d to 9d, Messrs. C. Arthur aud Son reporb that on Tuesday last they sold at their mart, by order of the registrar of the Supreme Court, a house and allotment, situated in North Fleet, North Shore, for £184. The allotment of 100 acres, at the Waipu, was bought in by the mortgagee. On Wednesday they held a general sale at their mart, when they sold Sydney bacon, at 7d per lb. j cheese, sf d to 6d j butter, llfd : soap, 16s per box ; sperm candles, 12£d ; tea, half-chests, 2a 3d per lb. : pork, 4d pt-r lb. j confectionery, 8d per lb. ; mould candles, ssd. On Thursday they Leld a clearing-out sale of a draper's stock when good pricei were realised.
