HUIRINGTON Y. tfAKRKLL. This was a reserved judgment case, th« evidence having been taken at a former sitting of the Court. Judgment for plaintiff for * sleeping half -share. Mr. Dodd appeared for plaintiff ; Mr. Macdonald for defendant. K. MOD. SCOTT Y. J. OOLUSWORTHT AKD OTHEBS. This was a claim to be legally put in possession of a share in the Eureka Claim, Moanataian, half of which was alleged to be illegally held by the defendant«, and to recover dividends due on account of the said share. , Mr. Macdonald and Mr. Dodd appeared for plaintiff ; Mr. MaoCormick and Mr. Cary for defendants. T The following assessors were sworn :— Messrs. J. Mulligan, A. Carson, D. Murphy, and J. Mason. [The Court was left engaged in hearing evidence in this case ]
