Mr. Brock said that ho should like the present case put off till the defendant was in a position to brine an action against plaintiff for the set-off. Mr Keetley s»id there could be no set-off for rent. Mr. Brook said the bet-off was for fenoing and a a Af'ter some further discussion, it was agreed to let the case stand over till next Thursday —coats to abide the issue of the action. KING Y.
