An excellent site for a Machine on the Moanatairi Creek has been obtained, and is being prepared for the reception of the Machinery. Forty head of Stampers of the best construction are now being made in Melbourne for this Company, and will be fitted up on the site mentioned with the least possible delay. The best mining experience in Victoria has been sought, with the view of having this Machinery made as complete as is possible, and modifications have been introdnced into the Machinery to meet the special nature of the Thames quartz, ascertained on careful analysis by an exuerienced Mining Chemist and Assayer. Arrangements are being made for the engagement of a tirst-class practical Manager from Victoria, The' Capital consists of 1,000 Shares of £5 each, a large amount of which ia already subscribed.
