Larcenies. — Henry Barker was brought up ch»rged by Abraham Levy with stealing a hat, value 10s., his property, and on conviction was sentenced to one month's imprisonment. The same prisoner pleaded guilty to a second charge of stealing a coat, value £2, the property of Barnett Levy, and was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour for this offence. Lunatic. — Alexander Andrew was charged by constable Wallace with being of unsound mind, and on the evidence of Drs. Sam and Lethbridge was committed tj the Lunatic Asylum.
