Mr. O'Neill to move, "That, keeping in view the present financial difficulties of the province, this Council is of opinion that the priblic offices now occupied by the Provincial Government ought to be given up, and the different departments of the Government ought to be cbnsolidated in buildings owned by the Provincial Government" Mr. Wynit to move, " That a Standing Orders Committee be appointed, to consist of Mr. Speaker, Captain Cooper, Mr. Staines, Mr. Clark, Mr. Hurst, and the mover," ' ' WromssDAT, Jonb 17.
