Telegram* in the Sydney Herald, dated Bathurst, M« 2ft «c m tollow : — A fatal coach accident occurred on ooming down Frywgpan Hill, a quarter of a mile fr.-m the postoffice The driver, Hamilton, was killed on the spot. He was sober, and did his utmost to ward off tne accident. The mail-coach passengers were much braised, but not sererely hurt. They were abe to walk to Green Swam/, four miles distant. The females were cut about the head, and bruised. All wj-re brought into Bathursty and duly attended to. me medioal attendants report that none of the wounded persons were in danger, and that they will proceed on their journey to-morrow. Mr. Johnson, the late manager of the Bank of Niw South Wales, at Softla, and who recently I reported a robbery at the bank, has been th.s day crested for the robbery. The evidence ia said to be very clear.
