I THE undersigned Charles Tothill, of Short- , land-street, Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand. Accountant, hereby make application to REGISTER the TAPU GOLD MINING COMPANY, registered under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability A ct, 1865 ; and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement i«, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely :—: — 1. The name and style of the Company is The Tapu Gold Mining Company. 2. The place of operation is at Tapu Creek, in Queen's County, in the colony of New Zealand. 3. The nominal capital of the Company is ten thousand eijjht hundred pounds (£10,800), in one hundred and eight shares (108), of one hundred pound (£100) each. 4. The amount already paid up is seven thousand two hundrel pounds (£7,200). 5. The.name of the Manager is Charles Tothill. 6.
