NOTICE is hereby given that I have This Day FILED in the office of the Supreme Court of i the colony of New Zealand, at Auckland, a DEED of ASSIGNMENT and arrangement, dated the fourth day of April, 1863, and made between JAMES DE HIRSCH, of Shortland Town, in the province of Auckland, in the said colony, commission assent, of the first part ; William Caret Hill, of the city of Auckland, in the said province, merchant, one of the Creditors of the said Juices be Hibsch, of the second part; and tbe several other creditors of thesaidJAMESDEHiRSHof the third part; whereby all the real and personal ESTATES of the said James se Hibsch are GRANTED and ASSIGNED to the said William Caby Hill, upon Trust, for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said James be Hibsch. And the said Deed is intended to take effect as a Deed for the Benefit of Creditors, under the said Act, and to be binding on all the said Creditors, including those who do not execute the same.
