To be ridden by Maoris. Catch weights. Five hones, to start, or no race.

THIRD RACES. Hurdle Race. Over three flights of hurdles, 3ft, 6in. Twice round the course. Value, £6. Entrance fee, 10b. Three horses to start, or no. race. FOURTH RACE. Pont Race, for Horses 14 hands and under, once round the course. Value, £6. Entrance fee, 10s. Three to start or no race. FIFTH RACE. Hack Race. Value, £2, with entrance fee added, Entrance fee, ss. All decisions given by the Stewards shall be final. No person to run a horse except he is a subscriber of at least 10s. to the race fund (except in, the Maori and Hack Races). All entrance moneys to be paid before 11 o'olock a.m. on the day of the race. Horses to be handicappad on the course. The first race to start at 12 o'clock, and half an hour allowed between each race. The ' Gemini' will leave Auckland for Riverhead at 9 a.m. on Monday morning next.
