Sik,— Eeoarring to that-little bill of particulars of a mercantile agent in the sale of flax, allow me again to inquire, is there a duty of 16s. per ton on New ZeaUnd flax entering the port of Sydney ? For this j is a query which it is important that our whole com- ■ munity should know.— Yours, &c, * . J. Crispe. Stanlake, Manuku, April 6, 1868.
