Djmjnkbnnbss.— Stephen Farley «nd John Bawden we.re fined ss. and costs, or to undergo twenty-four hours' imprisonment, for drunkenness. Furious .Riding —John, Bowlen, blacksmith, Onehunga, was charged With 1 riding furipuriy in Queen-street on Saturday evening.— Defendant said he knew nothing about it, having been drank at the time.— Oonttable Murphy deposed' that on Saturday evening defendant was riding furiouily up and , down Queen-street. He was drunk at the time.— Defendant was fined 20s. and costs. , Indigent Exposure op the Person. yJames Simpson, a seaman on board the 'Thane of Yde',' was charged with indecently exposing his person on the the Queen-street Wharf.— Defendant pleaded guilty, , saying he was drunk when he committed the offence, —Constable Parrigan stated that the offence was committed at eight o'clock in the evening. He had. spoken to defendant during the day for using bad language on the wharf.— Fined 20s. and costs, or to undergo seven days' imprisonment with hard labour. — This concluded the buiiness.
