Wynn, Hurst, and Partington be instructed to inquire i»to the circumstances attending the deed of alignment to Mr. Smith, and also the cognovit to Mr. Vernon, and ■ take such other Bteps as may he de§med necessary, for the benefit of the creditor at largo.'
