The undersigned has received instructions from the Trustees of the Estate of the late^W. P. Kirk, •wood akd Son to sell by auction, at the Stores of Messrs. Eaton and Dewolp, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 28th May, 1867, at 11 o'clock a.m., THE VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY known as the Domain Brewery. In introducing this valuable property to the notice of brewers, capitalists, and others, the auctioneer desires to impress upon them its value as a safe and profitable investment. An extensive and highly remunerative business has been, and is now being, carried on at this brewery. The plant, it new and in full, working order. The biuioess connection is extensive, and the purchaser would therefore be able to command an immediate and lucratire return for his outlay. The Brewery consists of substantial Buildings, with ample Cellarage, Steam-boiling Apparatus, Refrigerator, Steam Engine, Malt Mill, and all the appliances of a first-class Brewery establishment. ; The Plant is sufficient to brew 44 hogsheads, at one brewing, per day. Water is laid on the premises.and there is always an abundant supply. The above valuable property is within the boundary of the city of Auckland, and is pleasantly situated, being close to the Government Domain. It hat a large frontage to a principal thoroughfare (Stanleystreet), and must rapidly increase in valuo as a business site. There is a large stock of malt and hopt on hand, which (if not previously disposed of) can be taken at a raluation at the option of the purchaser of the Brewery.

Also, the following VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTIES: EIGHT ALLOTMENTS and DWELLINGHOUSE, adjoining the Brewery, viz. : — Lots 1, with 33 feet frontage, and lots 2, 3, and 4, with 31 feet frontage to Stanley-street ; the three last-named haying a galvanised Iron Store erected on them. Lots 5 and 6, with a frontage of 34 feet, and lot 7, with a, frontage of 33 feet to Grafton Road. Lot 8 has a frontage of 66 feet to Grafton Road, with a depth, of 215 feet. On this Allotment there is a good DWELLING-HOUSE', containing Eight Rooms and a Kitchen, and attached to it there is a large Garden under cultivation, and a good Well of Water. The House is erected on a full-sized Government allotment, and is pleasantly situated for a private reaidence.

DEVONPORT, NORTH SHORE. Lots 3 and 4, of Devonporfc, North Shore, having a frontage together of 111 feet to the Beach Road, with a depth varying from 163 to 171 feet. These are two of the best Allotments on the plan, and are commended to persons looking out for Building Sites in thii pleasant locality. The Allotments will be sold separately. SUBURBS OF AUCKLAND, NEAR DEDWOOD. An Allotment containing half an acre of original section No. 8, having a frontage of 100 links to Grattan Road, and being near Dedwood. HAVELOCK. Lot 5 of Section 7, and Lot 1 of Section 2, in the Village of Havelock. PARISH OF WAIKOMITI, COUNTY OF EDEN. Allotments 226 and 227, containing 19 Acres together.
