ARRIVAL OP THE HEVERSHAM FROM NEWCASTLE.

The Circular Saw barque Heversham arrived early yesterday morning from Newcastle, New South Wales, in charge of Captain J. B. Sherlock (late of the .Sir George Grey). She reports having left Newcastle on the 19th April. Experienced a succession of heavy easterly weather to the North Cape, which was passed on Wednesday la«t »t six p.m., the wind strong from the S.E. ; on Thursday, Ba.m., wind moderated, and veered to the southward. While passing through the Wangaparoa passage during the squall on Friday lasb, at 2 p.m., carried away the fore and main sail?, and was obliged to anchor in order to bead others. She comes consigned to Henderson and Macfarlane, and brings 700 tons coal, 10 tons coke, 5 tons hones, 40 casks beef and pork. The Heversham is really a fine vessel, well filled up, and has good sailing qualities. This is her first visit to this port on owners 1 aocount. —Henderson and Macfarlane, agents.
