ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF CITY OF AUCKLAND WEST, IN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled " The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," I, Henry Colin Balneavib, Esq., Returning Officerfor the Eloctoral District of the City of Auckland West, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the eighteenth day of April, 1867, issued uader the band of his Honor the Superintendent of the province of Auckland, an ELECTION will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as a MEMBER for the PROVINCIAL COUNCIL of the said Electoral district; and that the NOMINATIOJS of such Candidate will take place at the Old Courthouse, Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, the Ist day of May, 1867, and that the POLL (if necessary) will be taken on THURSDAY, 2nd day of May, 1867.
