NOTICE is hereby given that the CREDITORS of tbe above-named debtors are, on or before the thirtieth day of April instant, to come and PROVE tbeir DEBTS, at the Court-house, Edenstreet, Auckland ; and notice is further given that a SITTING of the Court will be holden, at the Court-house aforesaid, on WEDNESDAY, the first day of May next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the petitions of the above-named debtors, for tbe discharge of such of the above-named debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Acts.
