IMPOETANT NOTICE. HUNTER & CO. STOCK AND STATION SALESMEN, WOULD respectfully direot the attention of persons sending Stook for sale at their Regular Weekly Sales at NEWMARKET, OTAHUHU, AND DURHAM* STREET SALE YARDS, that they have made arrangements to land all stock consigned to them at Kohimarama, known as Captain Porter's landing place. It is about one mile weßt of the Tamaki, immediately opposite Ransritoto, and one of the best landing places in the province; there is a good depth of water, a commodious punt, so that cattle and sheep are landed without aocess to salt water. There are also large sheds erected, with Hay and Water provided, so that stock immediately after a voyage are sot exposed to the weather. It is within four miles of the market, and sixteen miles nearer than the East Bank of the Tamaki, thereby saving a long drive to cattle and sheep. Good Grass Paddooks, and a careful person always in attendance.

THE TAMAKI LANDING. MR. ALFRED BUCKLAND "D ESPECTFFLLY informs his friends that he XX has ERECTED a subsfcantia WHARF, with secure moorings for Vessels, at his Landing on East Bank of TAMAKI, on which both cattle and sheep are landed, so as to prevent their access to salt water, within eleven miles of the Newmarket and Triangle Sale Yards. Experienced persons at all times present to receive Stook, which can be forwarded at once to the market, or remain for a time at grass — at the option of consignee. November 15, 1865.

Writing accommodation for settlers and farmers on market-days, &o.
