A third Gazette was published on Wednesday, the 20th instant, in which we observe the following '(notification!, &c. :— The fifth, section of the Gold* fields Act, 1866, is brought into operation in, the, {province of Nelson, ; and the Protection of Certain ! Animals Act, 1866, in that of Auckland.
