Vienna, August 27. The papers here state that the ratification of the treaty of peace between Prussia and Austria has already taken place. The ratified treaty was forwarded this day to Prague, where the ratifications will be exchanger?. Geueral Menabrea, Italian plenipotentiary, arrived here to-day. The Gazette of Vienna publishes a decree authorising the Minister of Finance to raise a loan of fifty millions of florins on 5 per cent. Consols (obligations) and ninety millions on Government Seen ••'. ties (Notes de l'Etat). It is asserted that the appointment of Baron de Hubner as Minister for Foieign Affairs is imminent. It is also stated that the installation of a Hungarian Ministry, with Count Audiassy, Vice President of the Hungarian Chamber, as a member, was likely.

Mdnich, Augnsb 27. The treaty of peace between Prussia and Bavaria has been presented to the Chambers, and also a proposition for a loan of thirty mil ions of florins for the payment of the war indemnity, and lastly a proposal for the issue of fifty millions of paper money bearing no interest.

Florence, August 25. Tbe Minister for War has ordered the discbarge of the soldiers belonging to the second category of the class of 1845. Tbe Unita Italiana publishes a letter from Mazzini, in which he declares that he will not accept the amnesty.

Lisbon, August 27. By the arrival of the English mail steamer from Brazils and LaJPlafca, we learn that a change of Ministry had taken place at Bio Janeiro.
