ONEHUNGA. RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT. Wednesday.
[Before J. J. Symonds, Esq., B.M.] Bbeuhno Windows.— Catherine Dickenson ■was charged with breaking 16 panes of glass in the Prince Albert Hotel on the Bth instant. Prisoner pleaded guilty to the charge, and was sentenced to pay a fine of £5, or to be imprisoned*for one month, with hard labour. Civil Cases.— Williams v. Featon: Claim for £12 3s. 6d. Settled.— Davies v. Webb : Claim for £4 6s. o£d. Settled.
King Leopold 11. is to have the Order of the Obtrter.
