WEDNESDAY MARCH 28. PENROSE CAMP. CORRUGATED IRON STORE-HOUSES, STABLES, AND MEN'S HUTS, EQUIPMENTS, ETC., ETC. RIDINGS & DOWDEN Have received instructions from J. O. Hamlby, Esq., Barrack-master, to sell by auction, on Wednesday, March 28, at 11 o'olock, at Fenrose Camp, fTIHE ENTIRE RANGE OF BUILDINGS AT PENROSE CAMP, Consisting of STABLES: 5 Ranges of Stablings entirely iron corrugated, about 200 feet in leugth by 16 feet wide, and 12 feet to pitch of roof, having spouting on six sides. To the Stables are attached eigh t pairs strongly-built Gates, Swinging Bars and Chainß, &c, &c., &c. FORAGE STORE; Splendid* Iron Building, about 100 feet by 30, 11 feet high, having four large Gateways, and built on solid framework. OFFICERS' HUTS. 3 Officers' Huts, each containing 3 rooms and verandah, covered with corrugated iron, rooms 13 feet by 10 feet. SOLDIERS' HUTS. 9 Soldiers' Hute, with Bunks, Shelving, Flooring, &c. 36£ feet long, by 18 feet wide, covered with corrugated iron, and having 10 windows in each hut. 2 Iron Cooking Houses Ventilated Ration Store Guard-room, iron roof. The Buildings will be put up in lots to suit purchasers, and will be sold as they now stand, with all the fixtures, interior fittings, and piles on which they are now erected, and are to be removed by and at the expense of the purchasers within twenty-one days frmh the day of sale. All lota not so removed will be handed over with the land to the proprietor at the termination of that period. The Buildings will be at the risk of the purchaser from the time of sale. Intending purchasers will be at liberty to inspect the buildings at any time previous to the day of sale, on application to Captain dv Moulin, or in his absence to the Quartermaster-Sergeant on the spot. The facility for removing the material, without loss, has been proved by the row of Stabling which has been lately taken down, and re-erected in Onehunga j and the disposal of this property offers an excellent opportunity for settlers and others availing themselves of most valuable material fo r erecting any description of stores or buildings, at a reasonable expense. At the same time will be sold a quantity of Drays Carts Harness Bullock Chains, Yokes, &c. Riding Saddles Pack Saddles Bridles, Stock Whips, Neck Straps Heel Ropes, Horse Brushes and Combs Tools, of all descriptions Tool Chests Forge Carts New Iron, of all sizes Scantling and Boards And a variety of other Stores and Articles too numerous to mention.
