ARRIVAL OF THE S.S. STORM BTRD. Thes.s. Storm Bird, Captain Renner, arrived in the Manukau yesterday afternoon, at 1.30 p.m., from Taranaki, Wanganui, and .Wellington. She left Wellington on the 15th instant, at noon, and arrived as Wanganui on the 16th, at 9. 30 p.m. Left Waaganui on the 17th, at 11.30 a.m., and arrived at Taranaki on the 18th, at 8 a.m. Left Taranaki the same day at 5.30 p.m., and arrived at the New i Government Wharf as above. She brings the following cargo and passengers :— Cargo : 1 i-cask[sherry, for Raglan; 50 sacks grasssead, order ; 77 sacks grass seed, Cruickshank, Smart, and Co. ; 48 sacks grass seed, T. S. Shepherd. Passengers : Saloon— Mr. and Mrs. Taylor and two children; Major Yon Tempsky, Major MacDonnell, Ensign McKanser, Mr. Waylie, Mr. Shepherd, Mr. Bruce. Fore cabin— 2s Forest Rangers ; Miss Wenty.— Combes and Daldy, agents.

MISCELLANEOUS. The cutter Quickstep left the Manukau yesterday, at noon, for Grey River. The schooner Fairy, Captain Champion, will leave the Manukau this day, at noon, for Nelson. The cutter Dart will leave the Manukau on Wednesday, for Grey Rirer.
