Weights to be declared within seven days after entrance ; horses to accept at the dub, Auckland, or Tauranga, within seven days after publication of weights ; 2 soys, to be paid on acceptance and 2 soys. additional on horses starting. Second horse to save his stakes: Third Race. LADIES' PURSE, 10 soys. Entrance £1. Welter weight for age. To be ridden by Officers of the Imperial or Colonial forces. Distance, f mile. Fourth Race. All entries to close on the 22nd of February next, addressed to the Secretary of the Tauranga Races, Tauranga, or to Captain Fraser, the Club, Auckland. Acceptance to be accompanied with the amount of entrance or cheque. Three horses to start, or no added monej^will be given.
