The Customs receipts to-day amounted to £505 19s. Id. The following properties were offered for sale yesterday, at Messrs. Kidings and Dowden's auction mart, but withdrawn iv consequence of the dulness of the bidding, namely :— Mr. Joseph Senior's property on the Onehunga-road ; six acres of land and buildings at Epsora ; allotment and buildings in Edinburgh street, Newton j and farm near Howick. Messrs. 0. Stichbury and Son held a sale of city property yesterday, at their mart, Queen-street. The Albion Inn, Hobson-street, was withdrawn, the highest bid being £425. There was no bidding for the bakery adjoining, which was offered with fixtures complete. An allotment, 40 feet, also adjoining, was withdrawn, the highest bid being £7 ss. a foot. An allotment at Ngaruawahia was not offered.
