CommN>.arv-General, Princes-street, Auckland, till noon on TUESDAY, the 27th day of December, 1864, for the SUPPLY of FRESH MEaT (Beef and Mutton) to the Troops in the Province of Auckland for the year from April 1, 1865, to March 31, 1866. Tho Contractors will be bound to issue the killed Meat in detail co the Tioops at all places where he may be required by the Oomtnissaiy-General, or officer authorised by him io do so ; and all labour, material, and accommodation at all the posts to be found by the Conlmctoifi. Payment in Tieasury Bills will be made monthly for the quantities shown on the Commissariat Accounts as having been received. The Tenderer to state whether he will be prepared to extend the con tract to the other provinces^o£ New Zealand.
