A PPLICATIONS will be received at the BANK Xl. of NEW ZEALAND, Auckland, for SHARES of £10 each in the NEW ZESALAND STEAM NAVIGATION COMPANY (LIMITED), being the only place where deposits and calls will be received and receipts given for the same. SECOND SERIES.' Conditions. Ten shillings per share to accompany each application. Two pounds per share to be paid within fifteen days after allotment. The balance by calls of £1 per sharo, at intervals of at least three months. Shareholders will have the option of paying to the extent of £5 per share, receiving interest on the overpayment at the rate of ten per cent, per annum, until absorbed in calls. NOTI CE is hereby given that the COPARTNERSHIP carried on for some time past at Queen-sheet, Auckland, by Henry Moss Jacobs and Isaac Lery, under the linn of JACOBS & LEVY, was this day DISSOLVED, by mutual consent.
