NOTICE UNDER LAND REGISTRY ACT, 1860. JAMES FERGUSON, of Auckland, Settler, having applied to register his Title as proprietor to the land hereinafter described, viz. : — Allotments 47, 48, and 49, of Section No. 32, fronting Barrackstreet, in the city of Auckland : All persona having interests in such land capable of being affected by such Registration, are required to lodge their claims, and the evidence in support thereof, with the Distiict Registiar, on or before the third day 'of December next, and to attend either personally, or by Attorney, beforo me, at noon on the said day, within tho Land Registry Office, in Auckland, for tho purpose of establishing their rights.
