IN consequence of a large quantity of Sawn Timber, Shingles, House Blocks, Firewood, Posts, and Rails, &c, which have been on the Queen Stieet Whaif for seveial weeks past, — Notice is hereby given, that unless the above named articles are removed by SATURDAY, 25th instant, the 15th clause of the Whaif Regulations will be enforced, which is as follows :—: — "The owner or paib owner of any Timber or other article left on the Whaif, over the time specified in. these Regulations (which is 48 hours), who does not lemove the same, after notice being given, shall forfeit and pay a penalty not exceeding Five Pounds for every day such aiticle lemains umemoved.
