THHE NEW ZEALAND AGRICULTURAL I SOCIETYS' ANNUAL CATTLE SHOW will be held at Newmaiket, on WEDNESDAY, Novembei 12th, 1862.

Exhibitor-, of poultry will be required to find their own pens Entries for sheep-shearing to be made on the giound, at the Secretaiy's Office by one o'clock, and the shearing will commence at two o'clock. Implements must be on the ground and placed at latest on the day previous to the Show. All Stock to be on the qiound before nine o'clock, and f i om nine to half-past nine will be admitted on payment of double entrance fees; none will be admitted after that hour. The receipt given by the Secretary for Stock at time of entry must be deliveied to the gate-keeper of the yard by the person who brings the Stock, or admission will be denied. No Stock exhibited to be removed from its placo until aftei four o'clock on the day of Show. The Society will not, under any circumstances, hold itself responsible for any los>s, damage, or misdeli veiy of Live Stock or other articles exhrbrted at the Society's Show. Any prize may be withheld when the Judges are of opinion that there is not sufficient merit in the stock or implements exhibited for such prize to justify an award. All protests must be left with the Secretary before two o'clock on the day of Show r . All servants coming in charge of Stock will be subject to the oiders of the Dnector and Stewards of the yard. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE DIRECTOR AND STEWARDS.

The Director and Stewards aie instructed to take caie that no Member of Committee, stranger, or exhibitor, bo admitted into the cattle yard, under any pretence whatever, until the show yard is open to the public. The Committee delegates full power to the Director and Stewaids to enforce all the abovo regulations. As soon as the Judges sball in each case have made their decision of .an award, the prize animal shall be distinguished as the winner by different colomed pn?e cards.
