The Lord Worsley arrived here yesteiday with the English mail. She cleaied Sydney Heads on Monday, the 18th inst., at 4 p m. , the same evening spoke the Loid Ashley, and received from hei a file of Taranaki newspapeis. On Sunday evening passed a full rigged ship 9& the Carallo Islands, steering to the noithward »nd westward ; two hours later passed another standing to the south. Throughout the passage the Lord Worsley experienced light winds fioin the north wind and eastward, with remarkably fine weather. The non-arrival of the Jeddo with the English mails until 8 p.m. on the 1 7th caused the detention of the Lord Worsley beyond her time.
