Williamson, Superintendent of Auckland, for a rule to grant a criminal informationfor libel against James Buiby, on account of certain allegations made by the latter in a|pamphlet published in Auckland, accusing the former of entering into a conspiracy unfairly to dispose of the waste landi of the Crown. The learned gentleman argued the point at length for upwards of two hours. His honor the Chief Justice reserved his decision till Monday next.
