Has been favoured with the instructions of John Chadwick, Esq., to Sell by Private Contract, HIS BEAUTIFUL ESTATE AT ONE-TREE HILL, EPSOM. It has a fine new verandahed Cottage of six rooms, and detached kitchen, a stable, coach-house, and all the usual outhouse, withalargejgarden abundantlystocked with all descriptions of fruit trees ; and is seated on an elevation that affords extensive views— altogether forming a most comfortable establishment for tho farmer, or a most desirable residence for the family of a genleman of town avocations, who requires or takes a delight in country exercise or change of air, for here, it may be remarked, is the very point at which the traveller from the town first catches the invigorating bracing breeze of the Manukau— steps into a perfect change of atmosphere. Of One-Tree Hill it wore superfluous to speak : it is well known to command the widest, the most varied, and most pleasing views in this (our) Province. The upper lino is bounded by tho reserve proposed as a reservoir for supplying the City with water, and which will, of course, afford to the immediate subjacent land a perpetual sufficing irrigation.

HILLSBOROUGH.

Also— that fine Property the Homestead of Hillsborough, about a mile from the above estate. It contains about 48i acres of the very best description of soil, adapted to any purpose, and has a spacious verandah Cottage of six rooms, &c, &c. This property, from its varied peculiarities, would form one of the finest dairy farms in the country. Around it there is a great range «f unenclosed land.
