John Oxley, drunkenness, Ist offence, fined ss. and costs, or 24 hours' imprisonment, with hard labour. Eugene Donovan, drunkenness, 2nd offence, fined 10s. and costs, or 48 hours' imprisonment, with hard labour. James Haskins and Mary Burrell were charged by Constable Sihrerthorne with indecently exposing their persons. Fined £5 each. Patrick Marks and Michael Murphy were charged with stealing an axe, value Bs., from the dVellmg-house of Timothy Rarity. Guilty. 30 days* imprisonment, with hard labour. Joseph Williamson, charged with a breach of the Merchant Seaman's Act 1856, Tiz., neglecting hi« work on board the Pegasm, was ordered to be imprisoned 7 days, with hard labour.
