NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC.
By the permission of the Colonel Commanding the Forces, a Black Ball will be hoisted, on the Flagstaff at Britomart Point, at 10 minutes before 12 o'clock daily, except Sundays, on and after the Ist January prox, and will be dropped at apparent noon (12 o'clock )
