ALFRED BUCKLAND Has received instructions to sell by public auction, on the 28th of February, 1859, WITHOUT RESERVE. rpHE well-known STATION of ORUARANG I. 1 ■■- This station is situated on the left Bank of the Waxkato river, to which it has about a mile frontage. The homestead consists of 332 acres jis i almost entirely enclosed ; subdivided and partially ' laid down to grass. There is also an extensive ojen run adjoining. Fat Cattle from the station having realised the highest prices ever given in the Auckland market, it is unnecessary to expatiate on its advantages. For the information <f graziers the purchaser will have the option of taking at a valuation the small herd of Miliers 1 now on the station. Oruarangi is also well adopted for a sheep j station. The Auctioneer having received the owner's final instructions, parties attending the sale may depend on the property being sold to the highest bidder.
