To Dairymen, Farmers, &c. THE Subscriber, being about removing intcP Auckland, will let, for one or more years,, his small Farm at Rosebank, Epsom, three miles from Auckland. The house consists of 4 rooms and kitchen (newly papered and painted,) servant's and harness room j an excellent dairy, shaded among trees j outhouses, piggeries, &c ; a six-stalled stable and hay-loft ; 12 milking cow bails in stockyard, covered in ; a large garden stocked with all kinds of fruit trees — also, gooseberry, strawberry, and vines j and a good well with a constant supply of water. Also, about 30 acres of pasture land, 15 of which were not cut last year, thus affording fine 1 winter feed. A spring is in one of the paddocks,, giving a plentiful supply of water to cattle in the driest season. The proprietor would call Mie attention of parties who wish to send milk into town, being so > near, and having such a good metal road.
