THE undersigned will undertake commissions for the purchase of Goods for New Zealand Markets or for the Sale of New Zealand produce. Having been 14 years resident in the New Zealand Settlements, and become thereby thoroughly acquainted with the exact requirements of her Markets, he offers his services, confident that his experience, coupled with attention, cannot fail to benefit the interest of those who may entrust hini> with their business. To Dairymen, Farmers, &c.

rFHE Subscriber, being about removing into -*- Auckland, will let, for one or more years, his small Farm at Rogebank, Ep&om, three miles from Auckland. The house consists of 4 rooms and kitchen (newly papered and painted,) servant's and harness room ; an excellent dairy, shaded among trees ; outhouses, piggeries, &c ; a six-stalled stable and hay-loft j 12 milking cow bails in stockyard, covered in ; a large gat den stocked with all kinds of fruit trees — also, gooseberry, strawberry, and vines ; and a good well with a constant supply of water. Also, about 30 acres of pasture land, 15 of which were not cut last year, thus affording fine winter feed. A spring is in one of the paddocks, giving a plentiful supply of water to cattle in the driest season. The proprietor would call ',he attention of parties who wish to send milk into town, being so near, and having such a good metal road.
