rFHE Subscriber, being about removing into -*- Auckland, will let, for one or more years, his small Farm at Rogebank, Ep&om, three miles from Auckland. The house consists of 4 rooms and kitchen (newly papered and painted,) servant's and harness room ; an excellent dairy, shaded among trees ; outhouses, piggeries, &c ; a six-stalled stable and hay-loft j 12 milking cow bails in stockyard, covered in ; a large gat den stocked with all kinds of fruit trees — also, gooseberry, strawberry, and vines ; and a good well with a constant supply of water. Also, about 30 acres of pasture land, 15 of which were not cut last year, thus affording fine winter feed. A spring is in one of the paddocks, giving a plentiful supply of water to cattle in the driest season.
