To the Editor of the Southern Cross, Sir,— The finale of the meeting of shareholders, at the William Denny Hotel, this day, relative to the 'William Denny,' was that the reporter of the "New Zialandet" (Mr David llurn) was sorry he did not move a vote of censure upon the Directors of the said Company. Had he done so I should have called for his ,\lr Burn's) eeititicate from Van Dieraan's Land, published in the "Southern Cross," some few years ago, in contradiction to some very unpleasant remarks made m the "Kew-Zealander" a few days previous to the date rcfeired to. I am, Sir, Walteii Bkodte. April 2, 1557.
