THE Books of the Society CLOSE on the 28th ! •*• day of February, 1857, for the current year's ' business. All proposals made at tots agency before the 10th of February will be entitled to participate in the profits of the year, in terms of the rules of the Society. At the last investigation, the bonus additions averaged considerably more than 3 per cent, per annum on all policies then entitled to participate.
