THOS. WESTON & CO. Are instructed to submit for public competition, on Monday, the 2nd March ensuing, at I o'clock, at their Stores, Shortland Street, the following valuable Properties, unless previously settled by the Mortgagees :—: — 1. A LL that allotment or parcel of land, contain- *£*- ing by admeasurement 32 acres and 3 roods (more or less), situated in the parish of Waitemata, county of llden, suburban allotment number nine of section number nine, bounded on the North by a road 1021 links, and 500 links on the East by lot number ten, f735 links, and on the South and West by the sea. And also all that other said allotment or par* eel of land, containing by admeasurement 32 acres (more or less) situated in the parish of Waitemata aforesaid, suburban allotmen No. 10 of section No. 9, bounded on the North by a road 1520 links, on the East by lot No. 10 923 links, on the South by a creek, and on the West by lot No. 9 2735 links. 2. All that piece or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 100 acres (more or less) situated in the parish of Pakuranga in the county of Eden, and being part of allotment No. 101,. bounded on the North by a line 1770 links, by a line 2.50 links, and by a road 1520 links, 414 links, 101 links, 487 links, 220 links, and 651 links, on the South-east by a line 1877 links, on the Northeast by a line 1044 links, again on the Southeast by a line 2810 links, on the South by a line 1135 links, and on the West by a line 3738 links, excepting so much and such of the said land as may be necessary for the making of a road not exceeding 66 feet in width, in, through, or over the said piece or parcel of land, or any part thereof, and reserving such right of road as by the Regulations of the I 4th day of March, 1853, section No. 3, clause No. 12, as prescribed in that behalf. And also all that allotment or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement one acre (more or less), situated in the parish of Pakuranga, in the county of Eden, and being allotment No. 1 9 of the village of Howick, bounded . on the North by lot No. 18 433 links, on the East by Moore-street 254 links, on the South by lot No. 20 412 links, and on the West by lota Nos. 13 and 12, 308 links. And also all that allotment or parcel of land* situated in the parish of Pakuranga, in the county of Eden, and being allotment No. 114 of the village of Howick, bounded on the North by Elliot Street 182 links and 56 links, on the East by lot No. 115 488 links, on the South by Vincent Street 237 links, and on the West by lot No. 113 505 links, with all buildings thereon, erected, and all other the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging. 3. All that piece or parcel of land, part of allotment No. 15 of East Tamaki farms, containing by admeasurement 20 acres (more or less), bounded on the North-west by other part of the said allotment 1794 links, on the North-east by a road 1235 links, on the South by a line bearing 133° 25% 280 links, by another bearing 130 ° 56', G72G 7 2 links, and by a stream, and on the South-west by part of No. 19 1187 links, be the same several admeasurements a little more or. less. 4. All that allotment or parcel of land in New Zealand aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 88 acres (more or less) situate on the east side of Turanga creek, in the county of Eden, being allotment No. 6 of the parish of Maraiti, bounded on the North by Turanga creek and by a stream, on the East by lot No. 7 2080 links, on the South by a road 840 links, 545. 1245, 790, 477, and 340 links, and on the West by Turanga creek. 5. All that allotment or parcel of land situated in the parish of Waitemata* in the county of Eden, and being allotment No. 66 of section No. 2 of the village of Panmure, bounded on the North-east by a road 279 links, on the Southeast by lot No. 65 367 links, on the South-west by lots No. 71 and 72, 290 links, and on the North-west by lot No. 67 370 links, with tho messuage or dwelling house thereon erected. 6. All that allotment or parcel of land, being allotment No. 7 of section No. 2 of the village of Panmure, situate in the Province of Auckland aforesaid, and containing by admeasurement one rood and twenty-six perches (more or less), bounded on the North by a road 1 1 7 links, on the East by allotment No. 8 of the same section, 342 links, on the South by allotment No. 55 117 links, and on the West by allotment No. 6 of the same section, 339 links, with the messuage and buildings thereon erected, subject to a prior mortgage of £70. 7. All that allotment or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement one acre (more or less), situated in the parish of Pakuranga, in the county of Eden, and being lot No. 65 of the village of Howick^r bounded on the North by lot No. 64 500 links," on the East by lot No. 59 203 links, on the South by lot No. 66 5.10 links, and on the West by Ridge road 202 links. And also all that allotment or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement one acre (more or less), situated in the parish of Pakuranga, in the county of Eden, and being lot No. 66 of the village of Howick, bounded on the North by lot No. 65 of the village of Howick aforesaid, 510 links, on the East by lots No. 59 and 58 206 links, on the South by lot No. 67 515 links, and on the West by Ridge road 201 links, together with the messuages or dwelling houses* thereon erected.
