THE INFALLIBLE REMEDY. HOLLOW AY'S OINTMENT. CERTAIN CURE FOR SORE EYES ! Copy ofa Letter fromr Mr.Lorimer Fison,of Melbourne dated 12th June, 1854. To Professor Holloway, Sir, — I have much pleasure in giving my testimony to the beneficial effect of your Ointment and Pills. The hot winds prevalent here, during the summer, are very presudicial to the eyes, and cause « very painful complaint, accompanied by a scalding discharge therefrom, which too frequently results in total blindness. An acquaintance of mine had the misfortune to be a terrible sufferer from this malady, and having a pot of your Ointment by me, Ipertuaded him to apply a little of it where he felt the soreness, merely to alleviate the pain, (for I did not imagine for ana instant that it would remove the complaint.) He 'called on me the next morning, and I was astonished at the difference caused by that single application, the inflammation had nearly disappeared, and after two more dressings, was perfectly removed, and never returned. I have since recommended your medicines to many others who were suffering from the same complaint, and always with perfect success. Your are at liberty to make whatever use you please erf this testimonial, and I shall be happy to confirm the same, if requisite. I remain, Sir, your obedient Servant (Signed) LORIMER FISON. ERYSIPELAS OF EIGHT YEARS DURATION CURED. Copy of a Letter from Geo. Sinclair, Esq., of Goulbourn, N. S. W., dated the 18th July, 1854. To Professor Holloway, Sir. — I feel a pleasure and a pride in bearing witness to the wmderfitl benefit I have derived by the use of your inestimable Ointment and Pills. For eight years I sufr <!fed unceasingly from attacks of erysipelas ; large purple blotches came all over my body ; in addition to the unpleasant feeling of itching and burning, which affected me both night and day, rendering life a misery to me at well as to all around, — so severe was the attack. I used several repu'ed remedies without deriving the least cessation to my sufferings. At last, I determined to try your Ointment and Pills ; after taking them for a few weeks, a visible improvement took place, and I felt considerably better; — in three months, by continuing with your medicines, I was completely cured, and now enjoy the best of health. The truth of this statement is well known here % hence there is no necessity for me to request secrecy. I am, Sir, yours respectfully, (Signed) GEO. SINCLAIR.
