T>Y virtue and in pursuance of the powers -*-* vested in me in that behalf by the provisions contained in the thirteenth section of the Regulations issued in the eighth of February last, by His Excellency the Officer administering the Government of New Zealand, for the sale, letting, disposal and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Auckland, in the said Colony, I the Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby, with the advice of the Executive Council thereof, proclaim and declare that the blocks of land hereinafter described shall be open for sale in the said Colony on and after the first day of October next, that is to say — ]st. All thab piece or parcel of land set apart as Special Occupation Land, being the easternmost portion of the Wainui block, estimated to contain 5,100 acres. 2nd. All that piece or parcel of land set apart as Special Occupation Land in the Paribh ot Papakura, estimated to contain 475 acres.
