The Paddocks and Stockyards are so arranged as to afford every facility for securing the Cattle with the least trouble, — and the number now fat and fit for killing would return the whole outlay. The House contains ; II Rooms, and will be found in excellent condition. The Orchard alone would yield a good revenue, the trees -being in full bearing.
